Warranty & Service Information

Arrow Fitness – ARROW & Selected Branded Products

Arrow Fitness provides warranty and service support for ARROW branded equipment and selected third-party products, in accordance with the terms outlined below.


Labour Warranty

Labour warranty coverage applies within a designated metropolitan service area only.

Customers located outside a metropolitan service radius will be required to either:

  • Transport the equipment to the nearest approved technician, or

  • Proceed under a parts-only warranty (where applicable).

Travel time, freight, and additional call-out charges outside metro areas are not included unless agreed to in writing prior to service being scheduled.


Parts-Only Warranty

Any warranty that does not specifically include labour coverage will be treated as a parts-only warranty.

Under a parts-only warranty:

  • Approved replacement parts will be supplied

  • Repair instructions will be provided where required

  • Parts will be shipped directly to the customer

Installation, labour, freight, and call-out costs are not included.


Warranty Claim Requirements

To assess a warranty claim, the following information must be provided:

  • Brand name

  • Model number

  • Serial number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault

  • Video footage demonstrating the issue (where applicable)

  • Details of any previous repairs

  • Invoice number or proof of purchase (mandatory for warranty claims)

Warranty, Non-Warranty & Service Requests

The Warranty & Service Request Form allows customers to select:

  • Under Warranty

  • Non-Warranty

  • General Service Required

  • Call-Out Required


Other Branded Products

For non-ARROW branded products:

  • Arrow Fitness will lodge warranty claims with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf where applicable.

  • The same documentation requirements apply.

  • All warranty outcomes remain subject to manufacturer assessment and approval.


Arrow Fitness – Labour Warranty Policy

Arrow Fitness provides a 12-month labour warranty for residential customers within a 40 km radius of the Arrow Fitness store or the nearest branch from which the equipment was purchased.


On-Site Labour Warranty Coverage

Customers located within 40 km of their selling store or nearest Arrow Fitness branch are eligible for on-site labour warranty service.


Customers Outside the 40 km Radius

Customers located more than 40 km from their selling store or nearest Arrow Fitness branch are not eligible for on-site labour warranty service.

However, labour warranty service may still be accessed by:

  • Transporting the equipment to the store or nearest Arrow Fitness branch from which it was purchased, or

  • Delivering the equipment to an approved Arrow Fitness service facility

Please note:

  • Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Arrow Fitness is not liable for any damage that may occur during transportation for warranty purposes.
