Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate any returns or exchanges ( only for exchanging goods for sizes or approved exchanges. Refer to the Change of Mind: policy below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, allowing us to resell the product. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

To process your return or exchange, please provide the original proof of purchase.

Change of Mind:
Please be aware that refunds are not available for change of mind purchases. Under consumer law, refunds will only be issued if a product is found to have a major fault covered by the consumer guarantee and manufacturer’s warranty.

Consumer Guarantees & Manufacturer’s Warranty:
In accordance with consumer law, we reserve the right to repair or replace a product under the manufacturer’s warranty and consumer guarantee rights.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items can be purchased in advance but will only be shipped on or shortly after the specified release date. Please refer to the item description for detailed lead times.

Please ensure you are certain before placing a pre-order, as cancellations for pre-order items are not accepted. Pre-ordered items are allocated specifically for your order and are directly sourced from our suppliers and manufacturers.

If you order a pre-order item together with other products, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. To receive other items sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order and non-pre-order items or request a separate delivery charge.
